His leadership roles at J.P. Morgan Securities and Bear Stearns & Co. included heading capital markets and business development, where he played a pivotal role in transforming infrastructure, integrating business lines, and expanding the firm?s national footprint. He has successfully led recruiting efforts and executed capital markets transactions totaling hundreds of millions in revenue.<br/>His expertise spans recruiting, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, investment products, and cross-functional collaboration.<br/>A summa cum laude graduate of the State University at Albany with a B.S. in Accounting, Gary is a Certified Public Accountant (non-practicing) and holds multiple FINRA registrations. He lives in Ridgefield, CT and has been married to Stacey for 29 years. They have four amazing sons and a daughter-n-law, Zachary (Elyssa), Tyler, Jack and Cooper, having great fun when all are together with dog Sawyer whether coaching sports, eating, hiking or hanging out. <br/>Gary is a long-time congregant (and former Board Member) of Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester and Congregation Shir Shalom of Fairfield County.
