My Background

I serve my clients by helping them manage, grow and maintain their wealth. My basis for achieving that is focusing on the four cornerstones of wealth: Investing, Liability Management, Insurance, and Estate Planning Strategies.
As an Asheville native, North Carolina State University Graduate, and family man my goal is to serve your interests in a thoughtful, caring, and personal manner. For over a decade I have worked with clients to address their financial concerns and help develop strategies to realize their dreams by taking the time to listen to what your most important goals are. Once I have that understanding, I will work to construct an individualized wealth plan for you, implementing that plan in a strategic and cost-effective way, and modifying as our world changes.
As a Financial Advisor, I feel I am suited to care for your financial life because of my educational background in psychology, continuing professional education, and my 18 years of work-life experience in banking, insurance, and asset management. I have dedicated my career to delivering the personalized wealth planning strategies my clients deserve.
Away from the office, I love to spend time with my family and our dogs. We like to stay active in our community, whether it?s camping together or taking regular trips to the Asheville Museum of Science, where I have served on the board; I enjoy golfing and hiking. Two of my personal achievements that I am proud of are achieving the rank of Eagle Scout and to have completed the entire 2200-mile Appalachian Trail.
